FAQ
1. The application will not load on my iPhone/iPod Touch
Answer - Your phone may be low on available memory. Attempt to reboot the phone by pressing the Home and Sleep buttons at the same time to free memory and then attempt to use the application again.
2. The application won't show me my phone talk time, all I have is an N/A.
Answer - If you're running an iPod Touch, you won't see phone talk time because this device is incapable of giving such information. If you find this error on a regular iPhone, send us an e-mail using the form below and we'll look into the problem.
3. The numbers are only accurate to 5% intervals.
Answer - Due to the device, we can only give you numbers accurate to about the nearest 5%. This application is to help you estimate battery use time available and should be used only as a guide.
